The THERMflow provided the perfect thermal store replacement, when Holdcroft Heating came to us desperately seeking a hot water cylinder to replace an existing Gledhill BoilerMate that had failed in a family home, leaving them without hot water.
Being the thermal store specialists, we were able to provide them with the replacement solution in the form of a 210L THERMflow. The added flexibility to bespoke design the unit allowed the tappings to be added in the ideal position to reduce installation time.
Urgency was a key factor, as you can imagine, the customer was desperate to obtain a replacement unit for their young family. The manufacturing team at McDonald Water Storage pulled out all the stops, and after the customer placing the order on a Friday, the new unit was manufactured, tested, packaged, palleted and shipped to arrive with them on the Wednesday. An impressive total of three working days from initially placing the order to door-step delivery!
