Thermal store and flow boiler package
Our MULTIflow thermal store range is specifically designed to provide a high performance, mains pressure hot water solution with enormous benefits. The compact design of the Electric Flow Boiler makes it the ideal partner to provide the properties heating requirements.
This exclusive package solution can suit multiple installation applications to meet both the heating and hot water demand.
Combining the thermal store with the SlimJim flow boiler provides an ideal heating and hot water solution for electric only properties.
Whilst electric combination boilers are suitable for electric only properties, they are unable to provide the benefits of off-peak electric tariffs such as economy 7.
This exclusive package not only allows for the properties hot water requirement to be load shifted to maximise the off-peak benefits, but also individually size the SlimJim flow boiler to meet the heating requirements, with outputs ranging from 4kW to 14.4kW.
The added benefit of this package is that neither require annual servicing or discharge pipework, making for a simpler installation and ongoing operation.

Your product packaged is specifically tailored to suit your individual requirements in 3 easy steps
Step 1
Select the Slim Jim Flow Boiler to meet your heating requirements. A rough guide is 1.5kW of input per radiator, but increase to 2kW for large or double radiators.
Step 2
Select the size and model of MULTIflow thermal store to supply the hot water requirements using the guide on the product pages.
Step 3
Place your order and have it delivered to delivered either to site or choice of merchant.
Is the thermal store vented or pressurised?
The MULTIflow is an open vented cylinder therefore not pressurised. When the water held inside the store heats up, it will expand, however the expansion is accommodated in the feed and expansion tank located on top of the unit.
Do I need to have the thermal store serviced annually like a gas boiler or unvented cylinder?
As the thermal store is open vented, it does not require an annual safety check or service.
The mains pressure hot water from the MULTIflow is delivered via the internal coil and the temperature is controlled by the blending valve, preventing any risk of scalding.
As the unvented cylinder is a pressurised cylinder, there are essential annual safety checks to be carried out to ensure the safety of the product.
How many electrical feeds are required on installation?
It requires two electrical connections to the immersion heaters, ideally one off peak and one on peak.
As the MULTIflow is designed to deliver mains pressure hot water without the need for additional pumps, pcb’s or flow sensors. Other manufacturers thermal stores require a third electrical supply to power the additional components they utilise.
Can I use the thermal store for central heating?
No, the MULTIflow thermal store is a hot water only unit. The heating is provided through the flow boiler within this package.
Our focus is very much on the manufacture of copper hot water cylinders and tanks. Copper provides fantastic benefits including;
- Ability to kill 99% of bacteria including Ecoli and legionella
- One of the most efficient conductors of heat
- Significantly more flexible for manufacturing than other materials
- Long lifespan due to its amazing resistance to corrosion
- 100% recyclable
