The Scottish and Northern Ireland Plumbing Employers’ Federation (SNIPEF) is the principal trade association for plumbing and heating businesses based in Scotland and Northern Ireland. Since 1923, they have represented the best interests of the plumbing and heating industry, from sole traders to large-scale businesses. They represent more than 750 member firms who employ over 5000 plumbing professionals, managing the training of plumbing apprentices, ensuring a skilled workforce in the future.
SNIPEF support their members to run successful plumbing and heating businesses in a competitive and changing market, upholding standards of professional plumbing and work with the government, industry bodies and other stakeholders to ensure members are represented on industry issues.
Their main objectives include;

- Ensure the industry has a skilled and qualified workforce
