It is a fantastic testament to the company that length of service of some of our workforce has exceeded the milestone of over 15 years service with us.
As a family business, we felt it was important to introduce a ‘Length of Service’ scheme for all our team. This was something we looked to implement prior to the Covid-19 pandemic though very quickly we had other priorities.
Having successfully navigated our way through the last 2 years, with massive credit to our team, we felt the time was right to give something extra as a reward for their hard work and loyalty.
With over 60% of our workforce having more than 5 years under their belt and many of those with more than 15, we are very proud with the levels of retention and ability to continually grow while teaching the next generations.
