Knowledge is certainly seen as key at Advanced Water Company, to be able to provide expert advice to their customers.
To help reinforce their knowledge on hot water storage solutions, Hannah Raybould our BDM in the Midlands, attended their head offices in Pershore, Worcestershire, to deliver training to the internal sales team on our thermal store solutions. The brochures and gifts that were handed out certainly went down well too!!
Advanced Water Company have an extensive range of cylinders to offer their customers, but being able to highlight the benefits of the thermal stores over other cylinder options provides the installer options relative to the application. With them being able to deliver either hot water only, or a combination of both heating and hot water, the options are endless.
A recent blog post on their website, highlighted how their popularity is on the rise. However many installers still revert to unvented cylinders, why?
Like everything, unvented cylinders have their own disadvantages, especially for installers who witness the hidden costs of unvented cylinder installations and ongoing annual maintenance requirements. Thermal stores can simplify the installation process and offer a secure, maintenance-free alternative that can be fit and forgotten without a second thought.
James Bryan, Sales Office Manager at AWC commented “The training provided by Hannah was first class, and has left my team and myself with a much better understanding into functionality and versatility of thermal stores. It has also opened our eyes to the vast array of thermal stores that are on the market and alternatives that can be provided. With this knowledge now in place, we are much more confident in providing quotes, technical help and offering alternatives to installers and homeowners to meet their requirements.”
