Matt Dixon has taken the position of Business Development Manager for the North of England. Matt brings with him over 20 years in experience in sales and customer service. Starting his sales journey in the industrial automation industry with Emerson, he moved into the plumbing industry approximately 10 years ago with Keraflo and Cistermiser, and most recently he has been working with Viessmann Climate Solutions in their domestic boiler sales.
Matt said “I am looking forward to the next exiting challenge with McDonald Water Storage team.”
Secondly, Grant Rolland has joined the internal sales team, with over 15 years in customer service and trade supplies. His career started in the trade supplies industry with companies such as Kingfisher, B&Q and their sister company Screwfix. His next role with PDM, he developed working relationships and rapport with Key Accounts, contractors and suppliers alike within the world of merchanting. Grant commented “These are transferrable skills which I want to develop further with McDonald Water Storage.”
Sales Director, Mark Strachan commented “The infusion of new sales team members, brimming with enthusiasm and a strong drive to excel in their new positions, is ultimately going to have a beneficial effect on the rest of the team.
