McDonald Water Storage have continued their expansion and development with two new strategic appointments.
David Stewart Sales Director for McDonald Water Storage explains “We are delighted to announce the return of Mike Smith. Having previously worked with McDonald Water Storage for 12 years and playing a vital part in the development of products like POWERflow and PLATEflow. He left 12 years ago to pursue a role within the renewables sector, firstly with Jewson group, then moving on to run a biomass design and installation company”.
Mikes appointment as Technical Solutions Consultant for Scotland, reinforces McDonald Water Storage’s strategic goal to become the first choice in heating and hot water storage solutions, and gives a welcomed boost to our Scottish infrastructure. His experience in the specification and technical design of systems, will play an invaluable part in helping specifiers across Scotland, ensuring the best solution is installed, whether a single commercial calorifier or a contract of several hundred domestic cylinders.
McDonald Water Storage’s second appointment, shows a real strive to grow the wider UK Market and to strategically align our customer message and marketing campaigns. Wayne Hyde has joined in the capacity of Marketing Manager, having held key marketing roles in the hot water industry for the last 12 years. Jason Hobson Divisional Director for McDonald Water Storage explained “Wayne has a proven track record to develop not only our brand, but also product awareness. With his wealth of knowledge and experience, he will be a key part of the team to drive McDonald Water Storage into new markets during this exciting period for the industry, as new forms of heating and hot water storage will be required and as the market moves into a new era of electrification.
