Our skilled coppersmiths rose to the manufacturing challenge following a unique request from a bar in Dalgety Bay.
McDonald Water Storage are synonymous with copper cylinder manufacturing expertise, providing hot water and heating on either a domestic or commercial scale for over 75 years. So when we received an ‘out of the ordinary’ request from Louie Browns bar in Dalgety Bay to manufacture two 180 litre beer storage tanks, we couldn’t say no.
The cylinders were manufactured to the clients specification and supplied to the customer complete with pressure relief valves, pressure and temperature dials. Following the branding being added, they took pride of place above the bar area.
Although it has been widely known that copper has significant health benefits and has been used to brew beer for centuries, this was certainly a unique opportunity.
