After two years of determined campaigning, Cheshire Ghost Riders BMX Club in Crewe is back on track – thanks in part to the installation of an innovative ECOcube hot water thermal store.
The charity-run club, well known for its dedication to supporting young riders and promoting community spirit through BMX racing, had been left without functioning toilet facilities after repeated acts of vandalism rendered them unusable. While generous donations helped fund the structural refurbishment, the club still faced a key challenge: finding a reliable and compact hot water solution to serve their coaching sessions and busy race days.
Enter the ECOcube.
With tight space restrictions at the facility, the ECOcube’s ultra-compact, rectangular design made it the perfect fit. Designed for smaller properties or buildings with low hot water demands, the ECOcube offers a space-saving solution without compromising on performance. Available in 80 and 100-litre models, the unit delivers high-pressure, mains-fed hot water—ideal for meeting the needs of the club’s members and visitors.
Thanks to its efficient footprint, the ECOcube not only fit the space but also left room for other essential amenities.
This partnership demonstrates how the correct technology can support community-driven causes, providing not just hot water, but real impact.
Based in Crewe, Cheshire Ghost Riders is a registered charity and a vibrant hub for BMX enthusiasts of all ages. Through coaching, competition, and outreach, the club fosters inclusion, fitness, and confidence, one ride at a time.
