The prestigious Boturich Castle were expanding and planning to build a permanent structure in the form of a fully functional wedding events venue to accommodate guests and replace their temporary venue. The structure was to include food, beverage and w/c facilities and therefore required a substantial hot water storage solution.
We were specified by Butler Consulting to supply them with a 1055 Litre Copper Buffer Vessel in the form of a PLATEflow. Part of our commercial water heater range, the PLATEflow is a perfect solution to supply hot water in situations where demand can vary over the course of a day, e.g. hotels, hospitals, factories etc. Making it a no brainer for this exciting project!
The PLATEflow system effectively decreases the amount of stored hot water required, while still delivering peak flow rates as demanded. Supplied pre-assembled to your own bespoke specification, the PLATEflow significantly reduces installation and commissioning time. It can be supplied as either a vented, tank fed unit, or suitable for unvented applications when fed from the mains or a boosted cold water supply.
Boturich Castle was built in 1836 & is the only remaining privately owned Estate within Loch Lomond & the Trossachs National Park. They have been delivering spectacular weddings on their magical grounds since 2010.
