Working together, they make huge leaps where individuals only make steps. Collaborating with political leaders, industry bodies and regulators at all levels to give members influence over industry-related issues locally, nationally and internationally. - Celebrating
By celebrating the achievements of members, they give credit where it’s due and raise the profile of industry in Scotland. Utilising the position of influence in the eyes of the media to connect Scottish industry to the public, they provide a positive impression of the sector and its benefits. - Developing
Learning is seen as the key to a prosperous future. The training they facilitate develops skills for all levels of staff and management and encourages a culture of best practice sharing among members. In addition, provide members access to top talent through the active involvement with educational establishments including primary schools through to higher and further education.

As a third generation family member of the business, I have been developing the growth of the company for over a decade. Having finished a successful period as Sales Director I have now brought my extensive product knowledge into the Operations Manager role, overseeing all aspects of the business including production and team development.
