It is a fantastic position for a company to be in, where we are expanding our team to not only manage the increase in business, but at the same time, looking to widen our opportunities.
Firstly the internal team have been strengthened with Sara Davies, who brings a wealth of experience having worked at DHL supply chain managing the stock and administration. She will be primarily organising the transportation and despatch of finished products but also providing support to the office administration staff. Blaine Murphy is another great addition to our internal technical sales team. Having previously worked in a similar role in a local timber frame business, he will provide technical support to customers, enabling them to select the correct cylinder for their application.
Secondly, our external sales team has been expanded with the addition of Kate Trelawny. Having worked in the industry for 20 years, including Grundfos, Ideal Boilers and most recently with OSO Hotwater, she has a wealth of knowledge and expertise to be able to develop both our brand recognition and customer base throughout England.

As a third generation family member of the business, I have been developing the growth of the company for over a decade. Having finished a successful period as Sales Director I have now brought my extensive product knowledge into the Operations Manager role, overseeing all aspects of the business including production and team development.
